The Pharmacy OneSource Clinical Team

The highly-skilled and dedicated staff at Pharmacy OneSource includes our clinical team. Comprised of a diverse group of experienced healthcare professionals, our clinical team includes expertise in pharmacy, infection prevention, epidemiology, nursing and quality improvement. The combined clinical experience of the team insures our customers' needs are well understood. Pharmacy OneSource clinicians advise customers on best practices, workflow design and change management to help drive successful integration and adoption of our software solutions. In keeping with the Wolters Kluwer Health strategy of products "designed by clinicians for clinicians," the team is also instrumental in the ongoing development of our product offerings.

Steve Riddle, BS Pharm, BCPS, FASHP Vice President of Clinical Affairs

In his role as VP of Clinical Affairs, Steve is responsible for the overall strategic direction of clinical programs for the company. Steve also acts as liaison between the company and the clinical pharmacy profession and guides product development to meet future trends in the healthcare market. Steve currently serves a Clinical Assistant Professor to the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and on the Deans Advisory Board for the Washington State University College of Pharmacy. He is currently Chair-elect for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners and a representative for the ACCP on the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). Steve has 25 years of pharmacy experience in a variety of clinical practice settings, including internal medicine, critical care, bone marrow transplant, renal transplant and acute and chronic cardiovascular care management. He also has worked at the department and organizational levels as a quality improvement specialist, responsible for CMS core measures performance and organizational change management. He has practiced in large, urban tertiary-referral teaching hospitals, small community hospitals, long-term acute care facilities and a variety of ambulatory clinic environments. Steve obtained his Bachelors in Pharmacy degree from Washington State University and will be receiving his PharmD from the University of Washington in late 2011.

Harry Jablonski, PharmD Director of Clinical Operations

In his role as Director of Clinical Operations, Harry works with customers to enhance their utilization of the Pharmacy OneSource products. During implementation, a Pharmacy OneSource clinician is available to work with the customers to help them build a system that works best in their environment and meets their needs. Harry and the Clinical Operations team also support existing customers with their plans to expand and enhance the Pharmacy OneSource system they have in place. Harry also serves as an internal pharmacy expert to the Pharmacy OneSource team offering team training and product development guidance. Harry has more than 20 years of pharmacy experience in a variety of settings, including acute care hospital, information systems, and pharma industry. Harry received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.

Janet Blackmere, PharmD Director of Clinical Solutions

In her role as Director of Clinical Solutions, Janet works with customers in the sales process to understand their workflow issues and provide solutions tailored to meet their needs. As part of this process, she assists customers in building business cases and defining rules and success metrics. Janet also provides product development input. Janet is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP). Janet has 15 years of pharmacy experience in pharmacy informatics, pharmacy workflow optimization, automation and clinical decision support. She also has 10 years of consulting experience. Janet received her PharmD from the University of Florida and completed a specialty Residency in Computer Applications to foster Pharmaceutical Care.

Tom Jordan, RN, BS Director of Infection Prevention

Tom was the Director of Infection Prevention at a hospital which was one of the first Sentri7 Infection Prevention customers. He brings this experience and infection prevention knowledge to other customers adopting the Sentri7 software. He has more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse. Prior to becoming an infection preventionist, he worked in pediatric intensive care, trauma nursing, and employee health. He has 20 years experience in acute care infection prevention. He has been an Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) member for many years and has contributed articles to Advance for Nurses and Nursing Spectrum. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from the Loyola University and a Nursing Degree from Illinois Masonic Medical Center School of Nursing.

Keith H. St. John, MS, CIC Director of Clinical Epidemiology

Keith serves as a clinical consultant to advance informatic solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, standardization, and timeliness of surveillance activities for healthcare-associated infections, while also enhancing patient safety for healthcare settings with limited resources. He has been an Infection Preventionist for the past 30 years, including over 17 years of managing Infection Prevention and Control programs and personnel at major tertiary teaching institutions that include pediatric as well as adult hospital settings. Keith is certified in Infection Control & Epidemiology and served as President of the Certification Board of Infection Control (CBIC) in 2002. He has also served two five-year teams as a member of the United States Pharmacopeial Convention Expert Compounding Committee. Keith St. John received his Master's of Science degree in Clinical Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Matt Weissenbach, MPH, CPH, CIC Infection Prevention Clinical Program Manager

In his role as IP Clinical Program Manager, Matt supports the development and implementation of clinical initiatives that reinforce the optimal utilization of Sentri7 and meet the needs of our customers and internal team.  He focuses on the successful integration and adoption of automated surveillance, providing guidance to clinicians regarding packaged solutions for infection prevention, healthcare epidemiology, and related improvement efforts. As an epidemiologist, Matt has significant experience within the healthcare informatics arena centered on leveraging automation to advance the fields of epidemiology and infection prevention.  He has also been extensively involved in international public health, specifically infectious disease epidemiology and vector-borne diseases endemic to Southeast Asia. Matt is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) at the national and local (NC) levels. Matt received his Master of Public Health degree in Global Health Practice from the University of South Florida and is board certified in Public Health and Infection Control.
